Andrew Cristea is an attorney at Serviam by Wright LLP, specializing in municipal litigation. Mr. Cristea focuses on civil rights defense and civil and criminal code enforcement prosecutions, advocating for government entities in complex legal matters.

Andrew obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from California State University, East Bay in 2016, where he had the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of the criminal justice system. Andrew graduated with his Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law in May 2020, and was the recipient of a merit scholarship. During law school, he spent one summer interning with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and an additional summer with the Orange County District Attorney’s office, gaining hands-on experience prosecuting violent crimes. Since graduating law school, and passing the bar exam, Mr. Cristea has worked in private practice defending insurers in car accident and other catastrophic injury cases.

Dedicated to public entity service, Andrew has a history of community engagements, including serving as a substitute teacher and instructional assistant for the Fullerton School District.

Mr. Cristea grew up in Southern California and has a passion for sports and traveling.  When he is not exploring new destinations, you can find him enjoying California’s stunning beaches.
