With more than 18 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development, she leads the firm’s marketing strategy, communications, and brand development initiatives with a results-driven approach that aligns growth, visibility, and purpose.
Izabela specializes in transforming brand strategy into measurable impact—building strong market presence through data-informed campaigns, digital engagement, and thought leadership. She holds an MBA from the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business, and her background in business and international studies from Baylor University and UC Irvine informs her global, strategic perspective.
Her expertise spans strategic planning, brand positioning, B2B growth, and client relationship development. She is proficient in digital engagement, multi-channel outreach, website development, graphic design, and the integration of advanced digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, PPC, CRM systems, and marketing automation—all focused on strengthening Serviam’s connection with public agencies and municipal partners.

A former NCAA Division I collegiate tennis player, Izabela brings the same discipline, focus, and competitive spirit to her professional endeavors. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active on the tennis court.
