Allison Sousae
Chief Operating Officer
Allison Sousae is the Chief Operating Officer at Serviam by Wright LLP. Mrs. Sousae brings two decades of financial, legal, and operational experience to the Firm.
Allison earned her Juris Doctor Degree from William Howard Taft, Law School, and her undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach, majoring in Political Science. While working towards her undergraduate degree, Mrs. Sousae earned a coveted internship with a presidential campaign. While that role did not lead her to the White House, it did lead her to law school.
After graduating from law school, Allison worked for some of the largest financial institutions during the financial crisis of 2008.
Allison joined Serviam, and found her true passion was serving cities and counties in California. Allison worked her way up, starting as a law clerk, manager and ultimately to the role of COO. Allison was instrumental in the early years of sustained growth and development at Serviam. She hopes to help usher in new technologies and develop the next generation of the firm, in the coming years.
