David Lee

David Lee is an attorney at Serviam by Wright LLP. Mr. Lee is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in various aspects of the law, including code enforcement, nuisance abatement, civil rights defense, and criminal prosecution/defense.
Having obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, Mr. Lee has demonstrated his passion for advocating justice and commitment to public service. During his time in Washington D.C., Mr. Lee served as a fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project and law clerk for the Honorable C. Philip Nichols, Jr., Public Defender Service in Washington D.C., Office of the Public Defender in Howard County, MD, and Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center in Washington D.C. Prior to joining Serviam, Mr. Lee represented public agencies in his role as a civil litigator and criminal prosecutor.
Fluent in Korean and passionate about advocating for justice and supporting marginalized communities, Mr. Lee’s legal expertise and commitment to public service make him a great asset to the Serviam team.
