Haleigh Cummings is an Attorney at Serviam by Wright LLP, specializing as a municipal litigator with a focus on civil rights defense, as well as civil and criminal code enforcement.  Her robust educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, a Master of Philosophy in Economics, Demography, and Sociology from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Field Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.  These diverse academic achievements provide her with a broad and informed perspective that enriches her legal practice.

Before joining Serviam, Haleigh gained valuable experience as a personal injury trial attorney, where she demonstrated a deep commitment to client advocacy through all stages of litigation—from initial consultations to settlement negotiations.  She also developed her skills in real estate title insurance claims and contractual law as a Claims Administrator and Law Clerk at Fidelity National Title Group.

During her tenure at law school, Haleigh led the Federalist Society as President and completed judicial internships with both the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, and the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara which provides her with substantial insight into appellate and trial processes.

Outside the courtroom, Haleigh engages in community service and pursues continuous learning.  She has a passion for exploring new cultures and cuisines and maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying golf, tennis, and pickleball.
